Managing Black Hills Reads is not a one person job, and Hanna was facing challenges splitting her time between vital communications with stakeholders and community relationship building, while also juggling day to day administrative tasks such as social media outreach and event facilitation.

We established a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to help eliminate some of the unnecessary burden and stress that these challenges were causing, in order for Hanna to focus more on her directorial duties of relationship building and community engagement.
