Kayla Klein is the CEO of Klein Visioneering Group LLC. She has a background in nonprofit management, local, regional and statewide awareness campaigns and network building and strengthening. With over a decade of experience working with nonprofits, advocacy organizations and many boards, Kayla has built the skill set to help set your organization up to achieve. Kayla has a passion to help people advocate for themselves and their passions. Kayla was born and raised in South Dakota and has two young children with her husband Matt. Kayla loves her community and currently serves as a City Commissioner to help strengthen and grow the place she calls home. Lead the campaign for grade level reading initiative from a local to a regional effort and doubled the number of partners involved with United Way of the Black Hills

Wrote and managed the Alliance grant for Early Learner SD efforts

Aided in the development of a data dashboard for Black Hills Reads as well as a systems change report that showed tangible results of the program as a successful example of systems change

Created the Early Learner Community Toolkit that was used to create a new granting process and is also used statewide among other communities in SD
